Very good sandwich and amazing baked beans. My wife and I both had the COMBO sandwich, half brisket and half ham. It was great! Can't wait to go back and try the ribs. Have been told they are the best.

Food was great. Restaurant was SUPER clean. We will definitely be back! We ordered the sampler as it was our first time. Everything had good really good flavor.

Wow. I'm so glad I found this hidden gem. My 1st time and the ribs were amazing. Excellent meat quality and the flavor was perfect. My wife had the brisket and said it was 5 star.

Went to Porky's for lunch and got, "The Sampler." That is enough food to feed three or four depending on appetites. Their meats are good and served without sauce. The variety of meat was very satisfying. I loved their ribs and smoked sausage but the brisket, ham, turkey, and pulled pork were really good also. They do burnt ends on Sunday only. They have three sauces available. I enjoyed the hot which I found to be just right. Full disclosure, I use Cajun spices a lot when I cook. Anyway, the sides complemented the meats perfectly. The place is rustic and operated by really nice people. I was not disappointed and will go back really soon! Unfortunately they are not open during the week; only Friday through Sunday afternoon.

The meat on my sandwich was very tender. Their spicy BBQ sauce was very spicy, which was a pleasant surprise. They don't add any sauce when they prepare the food, so you get to pick how much and what flavors to add to your meal.I recommend bringing cash, the sign on the door say cash or check only and the sign on the register says there's a $2 charge added for credit cards.

The best BBQ in KC by far. Its out of the way for most people but is a must visit place on the weekends. They are only open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, But it is the best around.

The bbq at this place is fantastic! They also have great service! I had both my kids with me one of which is still in her baby carrier and the last carried the food out for me because I didn't have an extra hand to grab the food. So sweet! The brisket is to die for! My favorite ever! Thanks guys!

Seems to me mostly all pre made food. My ham had no flavor found no smoke taste what so ever. All side dishes n bbq sauce all tasted like it came off a truck.

We're meeting on weekends to get to the places a lil far out. Kurt and I hit up Porky's Blazin Bar-B-Q yesterday. Alaina, Regina and Chris helped us broaden our orders. The second place in a row for Kurt and I that did not have fries. This is located in Grain Valley. The thing I liked most about it was the bark on the ribs. However, they were a little tough. The brisket was the highlight. The burnt ends were not true burnt ends and also a little tough or dry. The beans were good, in thick sauce. Not sure if their house made? had a little more onion than I would like but not as overpowering as some I have had. The potato salad and coleslaw or unremarkable. I tried the spicy and sweet and spicy sauces. There's something I can't pinpoint that makes it unique. Couldn't decide if I liked the spicy. Definitely didn't like the sweet and spicy; and I didn't try the mild. We paid about a dollar to get the sliced pickle which was perfect . They do not serve alcohol.

We had Porky's cater our baby shower this past weekend, and they knocked it out of the park. The food was fresh and DELICIOUS! We have dined in prior, from ownership down to the staff, these folks treat you like family. They want you to have a great experience, and they set the bar very high for quality BBQ and service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Loved it. Do not soak their meat in sauce so you can flavor your way.

Great food and service! We got the sampler so we could try it all and we were not disappointed!! Brisket, pork and ribs were amazing!! They offer 3 delicious sauces to compliment their already flavorful meats. Customer service was top notch, they went above and beyond the service you get anywhere else. Cannot say enough great things about this restaurant!!

first time their today. had the meatloaf sandwich, portion size was big and the hot sauce waz awesome!! beans are average. I like mine pit smoke. Will be back for sure

My husband and I decided on the burnt ends sandwich. Very good and tender. Had the beans as a side which were also good. My husband had the potato salad and he said they were also real good. Eating area was small but clean

Great place off the beaten path and very scenic drive. The BBQ hot sauce have a nice kick to it and the pork was perfectly tended too.

The BBQ is ok but very expensive, however people seem to love this place! It is always very busy on the days they are open!!!!!

Porky's in now one of the Top Ten rated BBQ places in the KC area ! Seems to get better every time we eat there ! My current favorite is the Meat Loaf sandwich, incredible good ! Very Highly Recommended BBQ !

Always compare burnt ends but they only have them on Sunday. Got a ham and sausage combo. Very good. Mild sauce was excellent. Beans and potato salad was 1st class.
